Do I need to be from a particular industry to work with you?We are willing to consider any challenge that is thrown our way so we don't play favourites with the industries we work with. Over our lifespan, we have worked with a whole host of industries including companies involved in food, spices, exporting, events, telecommunication, health, hospitality, media, transport, education and government. Who are your existing connections and partners?We have formed quite a few strong connections including a law firm, accounting firm, printers, marketing specialists, IT trainers and business analysts. We are a start-up, how can you help us?"We offer comprehensive support for startups at any stage. Whether you're just starting with an idea or have your documentation ready, we can assist with digital branding (from logo & stationaries), website development, Social promotions, advertising, and more. Anything beyond our scope can be handled by our trusted partners.

What happens if I need to cancel a project?Firstly, let us know as soon as possible. If any work has been carried out on a project after approval to commence the project then we will need to charge for it. Of course, if we haven't started then there will be no charge.

Do we need to meet?It's not essential to meet in person these days as technology allows for projects to be managed via phone, email and Whatsapp, but our door is always open if you'd like to pop in for a cuppa!

When do I pay?We request that a deposit is paid prior to work being carried out, typically at 50%, but will confirm this at the quote stage. With larger projects we may also break it down into ongoing milestone payments. Final invoices are released upon completion of the project and the payment terms are 14 days from the issue date.

How much will I have to pay?It's hard to say because our rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the work that's required. Our approach involves personalising the work that we do so we can achieve the best outcomes for our clients, so naturally rates vary as a result. If you'd like a more specific ball park, fill in our Project Starter form and we'll get in touch.

How can I pay?You can pay by UPI ( Gpay, Phone Pay etc..), Bank transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card & cash. If you would like to make payment by credit card, we can provide this facility upon request, but a 3.4% admin fee will be added to your bill.

Do you offer fixed prices?Yes. The price you are quoted will always be the price you pay, unless the scope of the brief changes during the project.

Can I break down payment?Of course you can, we appreciate how important cash flow is to most businesses so we are happy to break down payments for larger projects over a number of months (this would include a deposit invoice). Just ask at the quoting stage.

Can you take care of everything – logo, brand, print, web and exhibition design?"When it comes to design, the answer is yes. From the design of your logo and brand to anything this could be applied to in print and online. We take care of the whole lot for you.

What is the process?In broad terms, our projects go through an initial design stage, typically two amendment stages (more or less amendment stages can be quoted for upon request) and then a final production stage. This process can vary slightly depending on the nature of the project.

Do you write content for websites and printed material?Yes we do, please just let us know what you require and we can build this in to your quote.

I'm in a bit of a hurry, can you turn my job around quickly?"We will always do whatever we can to ensure we meet your deadline, we've been going for 12 years and we've not missed one yet!

What happens if I don't like the designs you produce?It is very important to us that you are happy with the work we provide to you. Our briefing process ensures that cases like this are extremely rare, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the work we will revisit the brief with you, check we are both happy with it and ensure that all problems with the work are resolved.
