  • What is a creative agency?
At a creative agency you will find passionate individuals who specialise in different areas, ranging from web design to digital marketing, but they are not limited to a single skill set. Using an interactive approach, they can adapt to any project or situation and always move in leaps and bounds to create trends rather than follow them. They are a design agency, advertising agency and consulting service all rolled into one, and if the right person for the job isn't already under their roof, they have the right partners on hand to get the job done.
  • Do I need to be from a particular industry to work with you?
We are willing to consider any challenge that is thrown our way so we don't play favourites with the industries we work with. Over our lifespan, we have worked with a whole host of industries including companies involved in food, spices, exporting, events, telecommunication, health, hospitality, media, transport, education and government. In the next phase of our journey we are hoping to become more involved with tech startups because we have a passion for bringing innovative ideas to life and setting them on the path to success.
  • What types of projects do you produce?
We have completed a pretty colourful range of projects including logos, branding, packaging, illustrations, storyboards, menus, responsive websites, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, television packages, social media marketing and the list goes on! For a full description of our projects, head to our Workpage.
  • What services can I choose from?
Our main services are branding, package design, illustrations, story boards, web design (e-commerce - mobile apps - web platform), digital and tradional marketing and media. However, we are not limited to these areas and are willing to give anything a try or find someone with the right expertise and experience to lend us a hand..
  • Will communication be a hassle?
Ease of communication will never be a problem when you work with us. Aside from traditional modes of correspondence such as phone and email, we also use couple of online platforms such Basecamp - to manage all our projects, Slack, Bluejeans and Skype. Anyone from our agency who is involved in the project, and any relevant people from your end, can be granted access to these channels to transmit, access and manage information quickly and easily.
  • Who are your existing connections and partners?
We have formed quite a few strong connections including a law firm, accounting firm, printers, marketing specialists, IT trainers and business analysts. These partners share our values and we work closely with them to ensure we consider every angle and complete projects to the highest possible standard.
  • We are a start-up, how can you help us?"
No matter what point of development you're at, we can offer you all the knowledge and expertise you need to get your start-up off the ground and onto a path to success. If you've only gotten as far as an idea, then we can work with you to map out a business plan and marketing strategy that will help you clearly define your vision and goals. If you've already got the documentation sorted, then we can help you jump straight into the creative work that will give your startup a life of its own. Depending on what you're after, we can help you with your branding (such as a logo and business cards), website, advertising and much more. Anything that we can't accommodate in-house can be completed by one of our trusty partners.
  • What happens if I need to cancel a project?
Firstly, let us know as soon as possible. If any work has been carried out on a project after approval to commence the project then we will need to charge for it. Of course, if we haven't started then there will be no charge.
  • Do we need to meet?
It's not essential to meet in person these days as technology allows for projects to be managed via phone, email and Skype, but our door is always open if you'd like to pop in for a cuppa!
  • When do I pay?
We request that a deposit is paid prior to work being carried out, typically at 50%, but will confirm this at the quote stage. With larger projects we may also break it down into ongoing milestone payments. Final invoices are released upon completion of the project and the payment terms are 14 days from the issue date.
  • How much will I have to pay?
It's hard to say because our rates are calculated on a case-by-case basis according to the work that's required. Our approach involves personalising the work that we do so we can achieve the best outcomes for our clients, so naturally rates vary as a result. If you'd like a more specific ball park, fill in our Project Starter form and we'll get in touch.
  • How can I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer (BACS), cash or cheque. If you would like to make payment by credit card, we can provide this facility upon request, but a 3.4% admin fee will be added to your bill.
  • Do you offer fixed prices?
Yes. The price you are quoted will always be the price you pay, unless the scope of the brief changes during the project.
  • Can I break down payment?
Of course you can, we appreciate how important cash flow is to most businesses so we are happy to break down payments for larger projects over a number of months (this would include a deposit invoice). Just ask at the quoting stage.
  • I’m a happy freelancer, how can I form a relationship with you?"
We love forging connections with fellow creatives so feel free to drop us an email at careerdpurple or give us a call on 99 61 68 91 78. Once we know you're interested, we can set up a meeting to discuss what we can each bring to the table and see if the relationship is a goer!
  • Can you take care of everything – logo, brand, print, web and exhibition design?"
When it comes to design, the answer is yes. From the design of your logo and brand to anything this could be applied to in print and online. We take care of the whole lot for you.
  • What is the process?
In broad terms, our projects go through an initial design stage, typically two amendment stages (more or less amendment stages can be quoted for upon request) and then a final production stage. This process can vary slightly depending on the nature of the project.
  • Do you write content for websites and printed material?
Yes we do, please just let us know what you require and we can build this in to your quote.
  • I'm in a bit of a hurry, can you turn my job around quickly?"
We will always do whatever we can to ensure we meet your deadline, we've been going for 12 years and we've not missed one yet!
  • What happens if I don't like the designs you produce?
It is very important to us that you are happy with the work we provide to you. Our briefing process ensures that cases like this are extremely rare, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the work we will revisit the brief with you, check we are both happy with it and ensure that all problems with the work are resolved.
